Mornings set the tone for your entire day.

You can say you’re not a morning person but literal science proves otherwise. I’ll not argue with you today though. Other than to say “I’m not a morning person” is a decision, not a genetic or biological fact.

For me, starting strong means waking up at 4:45 am and diving straight into a series of intentional habits that fuel my body, mind, and family. It’s not just about what I do—it’s about why I do it and how it keeps me productive.
