Most Churches Miss This
When people think about what makes a restaurant world-class, they usually imagine the food.
But if you watch the 7 Days Out documentary on Eleven Madison Park, you’ll realize:
The excellence isn’t in what’s plated—it’s in what’s unseen.
Logos on plates must face the guest.
Sprinkler caps are repainted to match the ceiling.
Cushions are fluffed with tools, not fists.
Water glasses, chairs, lighting, posture, pause, and temperature - it’s all orchestrated.
And what I saw was a clear parallel:
The best churches don’t just “have a good service.”
They engineer environments where nothing gets in the way of the moment.
