  • What do you do now as a church?

  • What is success (to you) for the next campus?

  • Do you want to achieve that success?

Then the cost is what it takes to be as successful as you define it.

Yes, yes, yes there are countless variables that dictate “success” that I’ve discussed and will continue to post about. But you wanted to know cost. In that question, you cared more about a number than defining success AND humbly assessing where you are AND if you can or should even do multisite.

So, I’ll address costs. And you’ll have to do the hard work of defining the other stuff. Because money is ALWAYS the easiest thing to come by with a good vision, good execution, and faithful church building.

Cost is what you wasted on coffee this morning and Disney+ last month.

Investment is what you put in your retirement 10 years ago that has 10X’d with you doing nothing. It’s what you did when you hired a young, unproven leader at 22 and he’s built your church far beyond your initial expectations.

So multisite doesn’t cost. It produces.
