These movies teach you launch team better than your borrowed sermons.
There is a ton of value and actionable principles shown and taught in Hollywood film. Frankly they're better at telling stories than the Church so I let them... and leverage them.
I have many films I can suggest but we’ll start with these. Soft Christians, no need to read the end of this though. Go read more contemplative stuff about soul health.

This is a phenomenal illustration of the role, responsibilities, and pain of a leader. It also shows why so many churches hit lids so fast and can’t break through to maximize their potential. It’s all in the leader. You have to pay attention to the tension of the captain in the beginning and the closure of the principle in the end.
This is mandatory viewing, in my opinion, for all leaders, especially senior level leaders in church (CPs, Exec, department heads, etc….)
