The Questions No One Asks About Multisite

No, not "should we do multisite?" There are 2 more important ones.

There are the important questions like…

• Should we go multisite?

• Do we want to go multisite?

• Can we afford to go multisite?

• Do we have the vision to go multisite?

• Do we have the interest [over there] to go multisite?

I’d love to do a post about each of these. Maybe I will. But these are indeed good questions (among others) to ask and wrestle through with humility and passion.

But then there are the questions I’ve literally heard no one ask. I’ve asked churches if they asked these themselves. It’s as if it’s just too hard or inconvenient to ask them. But failing, relaunching, or even losing your family just seems easier on the ego and energy than asking and answering these. But the few who do win all of the time!
