The owner’s stake in an idea can tell a lot about the future.
If you have an idea but haven’t put any money, sweat, or blood into that idea, you’ll find it extremely difficult to get capital for it. And equally difficult to find people - even your friends - to care about it or even want to listen to your stories.
The stake you have in something comes out pretty clearly. It expresses as a volume, a tone, a verbal language, a body language, and even a change in your personal presentation - how you dress, drive, spend, etc….
I can tell a lot about the future of a campus by evaluating what STAKE the local campus staff has in their location.
