There’s a fast we do as a family that every church should do too.

No, it’s not a social media fast. That’s not fasting.

• A social media fast isn’t a fast. I know what you mean when you say it but it’s getting silly that every time GROWN UPS need to take a responsible break from something in order to be GROWN UPS, they call it a fast. HA!!
  Me telling my 13 year old to fast from TV is one thing. As I teach her about fasting, and discipline, etc…. But the trend of POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA “I’m gonna take a social media break” is one of the funniest things to me.
