What happened in 10 minutes was one of the clearest pictures of leadership, trust, and brand experience I’ve seen in years.

A friend of mine recently took me to his favorite clothier - a high-end boutique in Southlake, Texas (the town who never sees a recession). :) This place outfits professionals who want to walk into a room looking like they own it.

This wasn’t a casual stop. He brought me there with a mission: “I’m here to get my friend a jacket,” he told the owner as we walked in.

That friend? Me. I wasn’t expecting that at all. I was shocked but wasn’t going to argue. :)
