There's a lot to do when you launch a new campus. How about put it all on one document so all departments and decision makers are working in step with one another?
I prefer a snapshot of where we are, what we have to do, and who owns what.
I also think Basecamp, Monday, Asana, and all of the other tools are fine too. But few share with me an idiot-proof snapshot (in one view) of where we are at a higher level.
So I and my team made our own that I’ve customized and scaled at churches around the world.
It’s simple so be prepared to be underwhelmed.
Remember, I prefer what works over what looks cool.
I prefer fewer clicks and emails and more clarity.
I prefer ownership, accountability, and trust over endless “deadline is approaching” emails from robots in “efficiency” software.
This spreadsheet is meant to have the bigger milestone elements in view from each major department.
