Most churches build a new system every time they find a need:

• New believer follow-up? Let’s build a class.

• Volunteer recruiting? Let’s build a pipeline.

• Outreach planning? Let’s build a team.

• Worship development? Let’s create a mentorship layer.

Or… you could just run it all through groups.
