Most churches try to fill their groups by advertising groups. I don’t.
I fill groups by investing in leaders.
If someone WANTS to lead, they’ll take responsibility for the room. It’s their group, not mine, not the church’s. So it’s on them to bring energy, not excuses.
If you keep begging people to lead or forcing staff to run groups that they don't even want to be in, don’t be surprised when those groups stay awkward, half-empty, and high-maintenance.
