How To Develop “All Volunteer Staff”

I'm told often "but Swebb, we're all volunteer" or "I'm bi-vocational with no staff."

There’s a ceiling most churches hit.

It ain’t that there aren’t enough people, it’s because they run out of paid positions.

So growth slows.
Not due to mission…
But due to payroll.

That’s a problem.
