Don't rob them of Christmas morning!

There are many exciting things in the building phase of a church. But what excites you and what excites your staff team or volunteers may be different.

For the campus launches I was a part of, we purchased over $250,000 worth of supplies across various departments. Signs, cones, speakers, tables, baby gates, microphones, LED panels, batteries, and much more.

But ordering, collecting, unwrapping, and setting it up are exciting times. Don’t rush through these and don’t rob your teams of the excitement of digging into the things THEY need to fulfill the mission you asked THEM to do.
