Campus Pastor or Project Manager
I know the title is "Campus Pastor" but the vast majority of Lead Pastors recruit them, train them, and treat them like Project Managers... but that's not all bad...
Do you WANT them to be Project Managers? Do you want them to just do what they’re told and “run the play?” Do you even know what that play is?
Or do you want to develop then deploy (unleashed) executive leaders to multiply the mission and vision and dominate their role as an agent of expansion?
There’s a huge chasm between those two.
And I’ll say what needs to be said up front to set the tone:
The ego of the Lead Pastor is the only thing limiting CPs and unlimited church growth through them and the whole team.
