In Acts 3, something subtle happens right before the miracle.

“Peter looked straight at him, as did John. Then Peter said, ‘Look at us!’
So the man gave them his attention, expecting to get something from them.”
(Acts 3:4–5)

He gave them his attention.
That was the exchange.
He gave focus.
He gave presence.
He gave hope.

And that moment of attention unlocked expectation which unlocked the miracle.
