Sundays are the church staff’s most visible “game time.” It’s mission-critical and everyone’s watching. But the difference between chaos and excellence often comes down to what happens before the first chord is played or the first greeting is made. That’s where a purposeful Sunday morning routine comes in—a routine I’ve practiced across multiple churches and recommend to any church staff member who takes their leadership seriously.
