The operational stuff is the easy part.

Expensive AVL, buildings, processes, and even staff are the easy things. Yep, easy.

The hard parts are

  1. unity

  2. defining success

  3. the discipline to sustain

  4. the discipline to improve

  5. the ability to trust

  6. the effort to hold people accountable

  7. the cost of your ego when someone does your job better over at the other campus

  8. 1001 other things.

This is why I think 75% of multisite churches should not be multisite. They thought all you had to do was buy 2 of everything on Amazon, write a manual, and send a nice fella with a good beard over there to have coffee.
