2024 Recap & 2025 Look Ahead

Did you have a good year? Bad year? Blah? Why? Let's talk about it. Also check the end of this post...

“2024 was a banner year for you, Swebb.”

My friend told me that. And I agree.
I’m grateful. As a family, we’re grateful.

What was it like for you?

What are you carrying into the future?

What are you doing differently?

What are you leaving behind?

Who will you connect with?

How have you already planned to challenge yourself?

Do you even need to challenge yourself?

Would love to connect. Hit me up. Let’s work together.

Free podcast, helpful content. And best part maybe… it’s not my voice. :)

You might want to keep these in mind…

  • January 24 my friend, Russell Johnson, and I are doing a live Q&A for church planters. We’ll lay down some heat for sure. But I have a moderator coming on to help lead the conversation. Pencil it in your calendar… details to follow.

  • March 6 I’m hosting a one-day mastermind for church planters. In Austin, my house, my favorite restaurants, my turf. It’s not for everyone, only those serious about planting and growing correctly (aka sustainably). It probably won’t be approved by your coach from that other network you’re a part of. And it will cost more than most planters want to pay. And you’ll have to apply. Only 15 seats available. But if you are one or know a planter who’s legitimately eager to and capable of changing the game, mention it. Details coming soon here and on Swebbmail.

  • April 29 in Miami is a one-day paradigm upgrade lab (what some call a mastermind event) dedicated to Multisite. Only 15 seats available. I’ll have 2 friends with me who are actual experts on all-things multisite. This isn’t about how to start one campus and cross your fingers. We’re the guys who started and built over 40 campuses, over 50 years of collective experience, and the guys who say what you will not hear at the conferences. If you believe in an attendance barrier, this isn’t for you. If you think prisons are “campuses”, this isn’t for you. If you think the work is the reward and kingdom expansion is the point, you may want to pencil it in. Details coming… but a short list.
